There was plenty of well maintained dishes, utensils and cook-wear for our needs. There was noticeable wear on the kitchen cabinets and bedroom carpet, but this is to be expected of a well used rental. At times, the third floor tenants could be heard walking around their area, but this is expected from a second floor condo. The reason this condo received four out of five stars is due to the unworking dishwasher; very disappointing as we had guests for dinner. Overall, it is a nice place to stay." (8/5)
