James's condo was clean and nicely decorated, the seating as well as the mattress comfortable, and the enclosed porch relaxing. There was plenty of well maintained dishes, utensils and cook-wear for our needs. There was noticeable wear on the kitchen cabinets and bedroom carpet, but this is to be expected of a well used rental. At times, the third floor tenants could be heard walking around their area, but this is expected from a second floor condo. The reason this condo received four out of five stars is due to the unworking dishwasher; very disappointing as we had guests for dinner. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.
We loved our stay at Turtle Cove. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The unit itself was well stocked with all the necessary items to make for a great stay. The location is conveniently located to many great restaurants and shops. James is an excellent host who goes above and beyond with regard to communication. We would definitely consider booking this location in the future!

James's place was wonderful! We felt right at home upon arriving. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The directions for arrival, checking in, and checking out were clear and easy. We loved the proch... even in January we could sit out and enjoy the view, the golfers, and the breeze. The kitchen was well stocked. I cooked breakfast and dinner each day. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and some extra essentials if you forgot anything. We had our 9 pound dog with us and she enjoyed her trip and walks as well. The price was reasonable too, which was one of the reasons we chose his place. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and close to everything. We will be back!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Rentals at Sunset will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Rentals at Sunset will match it.
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to Rentals at Sunset's cancellation policy.
