Located in a quiet part of the Sea Trail Neighborhood. A great view overlooking the Marsh and the 1st hole of the maples Golf Course. The beach is just 2 miles from condo. It is a newly renovated condo and kept very clean. A great place for a couples week to the beach. We are just under 2 miles to the beach. Parking is allowed on the streets in Sunset Beach.

This wa a comfortable and inviting place. I would def go back again. Sea trails is beautiful where the condo is. James was a gentleman and contacted us with any concerns . It’s a great location!
Very nice and clean place.
James was an amazing host and the condo is perfectly nestled in the quiet nook of the complex with a fun view of the golfcourse with morning deer prancing across the greens. Such a pleasant stay; James' place excels with attention to details from complimentary amenities, cleanliness, updated appliances, top-notch cookware and dinnerware, beautiful decor, comfortable seating and spacious bedroom with king sized bed. We especially loved that the glassed in sunroom patio allowing the slidng doors to remain open. 100% recommend James' place and would definitely stay here again!
We only needed to stay one night but the place very clean and comfortable. The initial supply of paper products was immensely thoughtful. The condo was private with a nice view. There was close parking but it was awkward to back out of there if you’re in a big vehicle. If the need arose, I’d stay again.
James is great, had a question and text him and 1/2 minute, he text me back!!! GREAT stay and will go back.
James’ place was perfect for our anniversary trip! It was spotless, had everything we needed to cook, and was perfect for our fur babies! The bed was also extremely comfortable. James’ communication was also top notch and he was always there if you needed something. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. We would definitely stay again!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Rentals at Sunset will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Rentals at Sunset will match it.
