A comfortable SMALL space for a short trip to the beach or to play golf. Located on the 9th hole of the Maples Golf Course in the Sea Trail neighborhood. This Condo-tel is convenient to the beach and restaurants. The room is private and has it's on entrance but it is a lockout and has a locked door to the main unit. The place is private and quiet. This is a lock out guestroom. Very similar to a small adjoining hotel room. There maybe some noise from the unit next door but it is typically quiet with 9:00 pm quiet tome.

We stayed here for one day and we can't wait to go back to stay longer! This is the most comfortable room i've stayed in, in a while. Everything is so clean and well prepared with extra hygiene products and more! Not to mention the bed, that is such an amazing mattress. Stay here on your trip.. I promise you won't regret it!

I had such a wonderful stay at James’s tiny condo! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close to everything. James was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He made navigating the resort so easy and was always available if I had any questions. His hospitality truly made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend staying at one of James’s properties and would love to come back again in the future!

Booked this space for a last minute weekend trip with my wife and small dog. Space is small as advertised, but was all we needed for a great price. The location was wonderful, a short drive over the bridge to the beach. Loved the area. James was helpful and communication was great. Would stay again.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Rentals at Sunset will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Rentals at Sunset will match it.
